1. Quotations

All quotations issued by ZANDEX are prepared based on the project details and specifications provided by the client.

• Quotations remain valid for 14 days from the date of issue
• Prices may change after the validity period
• Written approval through WhatsApp or email will be considered official acceptance of the quotation

2. Payment Terms

To begin material sourcing, fabrication, and project scheduling, an advance payment is required.

• A deposit of 30–50% is required before work commences
• Remaining balance must be cleared upon project completion
• Delivery or installation may be delayed until final payment is received

3. Warranties

We stand behind the quality of our fabrication work and workmanship standards.

• 6-month workmanship warranty from the date of installation
• Covers verified manufacturing or fabrication defects
• Warranty does not cover misuse, accidental damage, corrosion caused by external factors, or unauthorized modifications
