At ZANDEX Steel & Aluminum Fabrication Services, every project is custom-fabricated based on approved client specifications. Our policies are designed to ensure transparency, fairness, and smooth project execution.

1. Cancellations

Within 24 Hours

Full deposit refund available for cancellations made within 24 hours of order confirmation.

Before Production

After 24 hours and before fabrication starts, 50% of the deposit will be refunded.

Production Started

Once production or material processing begins, cancellations are no longer accepted.

2. Defective Work

Claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery with supporting photos or videos.

Our team will inspect the issue and provide repair or re-fabrication at no additional cost if approved.

If repair or replacement is not feasible, a full or partial refund may be issued depending on the situation.

3. Refund Process

Approved refunds are processed through the original payment method used during purchase.

Please allow approximately 7–14 business days for the refund to reflect based on your bank or payment provider.
